Here, the job was to record two versions of an instructional explainer video for heating control company, Atag.
The aim of these explainer voice-overs was to help Atag heating system owners set up and control their heating using their smartphones (one for iPhone users, another for Android).
You can listen to, and watch, the iPhone version on the left.
The voice-over was delivered to be clear, well-paced, relatable and helpful – a fairly simple read on the face of it, but with some subtle nuances to help convey warmth, support and customer service.
