The script required a reflective, inclusive, quietly confident read, which would help tell the story of how Liverpool Victoria began 175 years ago, how its business developed over the years, how it came to be eventually headquartered in Bournemouth, and how it rebranded in 2006 with the famous green heart symbol.
As you will see from the end of the video, one of the key ideas was convey a sense of staff feeling that they belong to a company with solid beliefs and values – and to create a sense of optimism about their roles in the company’s future.
